| Week 4 | Immunize with 15-25 µg antigen in Incomplete Freund's Adjuvant (IFA). |
| Week 6 | Test bleed 0.2-0.5 ml.
Immunize with 15-25 µg antigen in Incomplete Freund's Adjuvant (IFA).
Test for positive production (ELISA, Western, etc.) |
| Week 8 |
Immunize with 10-15 µg antigen in Incomplete Freund's Adjuvant (IFA). |
| Week 10 | Production bleed.
Continue production bleed every four weeks.
