Luminometer

1. Add 50 ml of the Luciferase Assay Reagent to luminometer tube.

2. Program the luminometer to perform a 2-second measurement delay followed by an appropriate time of measurement (e.g., seconds).

3. Add 2.5 ml sample and mix by pipetting 2-3 times.

4. Place the tube in the luminometer and read.

Scintillation Counter

1. Add 50 ml of the Luciferase Assay Reagent to a microcentrifuge tube.

2. Add 2.5 ml sample and mix by pipetting 2-3 times.

3. Place the tube in the scintillation vial and count.
