1. Add 50-100 ml of 0.01% poly-L-lysine onto the surface of each glass slide.

2. Spread a thin layer of the poly-L-lysine solution throughout the areas to be used for fixing cells.

3. Air dry and immediately rinse in deionized water.

4. Air dry.

5. Store at room temperature.
