Virtualab Protocols (Chang Bioscience)
1. Count cells. Cell concentration should be less than
5x 105 cells/ml.
2. Label the slides and insert into cytocentrifuge cuvettes.
3. Add 0.2 ml of the cell suspension to the cytocentrifuge
cuvette.
4. Centrifuge at 800 rpm for 3 minutes in a cytocentrifuge.
5. Proceed to fixation or drying.
