Virtualab Protocols (Chang Bioscience)
1. Soak used electroporation cuvette
in bleach for a few minutes.
2. Wash extensively with running tap water.
3. Wash extensively with ddH2O.
4. Wash extensively with 70% ethanol.
5. Air-dry under a sterile cabinet. Do not autoclave.
