Virtualab Protocols (Chang Bioscience)
1. Cut two pieces of dialysis membrane. The size should be bigger
than the frame and drying rack used for drying.
2. Wet the dialysis membrane with water.
3. Place one membrane on the drying rack. Smooth out all bubbles.
4. Place the gel on top of the membrane on the drying rack and
place the second membrane on top of the gel. Smooth out all bubbles.
5. Apply the frame and clamp on all four sides.
6. Let the gel dry overnight at room temperature.
