1. After ECL detection, wash the membrane twice for 10 minutes
in PBS/0.05% Tween 20.
2. Strip in 65 mM Tris-HCl pH 6.7, 100 mM beta-mercaptoethanol, 2% SDS.
3. In a closed container, incubate at 50-70 °C for 30 minutes.
4. Wash the membrane 3 times (10 minutes each) in a large volume of PBS/0.05% Tween 20
at room temperature.
5. Block and hybridize or wrap the membrane with Saran wrap and store frozen.
Don't let the membrane dry completely.
